4Unity - Terms of Service

1.1 - Acceptance

By creating an account or using 4Unity, you confirm that:

• You have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
• You understand that 4Unity is a private fan-made server and is not affiliated with Zemi Interactive, Gameforge, or any official publisher.
• You agree to follow all applicable rules and policies.

2.1 - Eligibility

To use 4Unity, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old, or meet the minimum age required by your local law.
• Provide accurate account information.

3.1 - Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity occurring under your account
• Keeping your information accurate and up to date

We are not responsible for losses resulting from weak passwords, credential sharing, or unauthorized access caused by user-side security issues.

4.1 - Prohibited Conduct

• Cheating, hacking, botting, or exploiting bugs
• Using unauthorized third-party tools
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive conduct
• Fraud, impersonation, or scams
• Advertising unrelated servers or services

4.2 - Staff Authority

4Unity staff may take actions reasonably necessary to maintain service integrity, fairness, and security, including suspending accounts, removing improperly obtained items, or adjusting game systems.

5.1 - Optional Nature

• Purchases are optional.
• Virtual goods and account benefits are delivered digitally.

5.2 - Delivery

Digital goods are generally delivered after successful payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary in cases of technical review, payment review, or maintenance.

5.3 - Refunds and Issues

Because products are digital and delivered electronically, completed and delivered purchases are generally final and non-refundable.

If you believe there has been a payment error or a delivery problem, you must contact support so the issue can be reviewed.

5.4 - Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right to suspend accounts, remove virtual goods, or take other reasonable action in cases involving fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized payment activity, or abuse of the purchase system.

6.1 - Nature of Virtual Goods

All in-game items, currencies, benefits, and characters:

• Are part of the 4Unity service
• May be modified, rebalanced, replaced, or removed
• Do not represent real-world property or monetary value

7.1 - Availability

4Unity is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent retention of data.

Maintenance, downtime, resets, balance changes, or service interruptions may occur.

8.1 - Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4Unity and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including service interruptions, loss of data, or virtual goods changes.

9.1 - Payment and Infrastructure Providers

4Unity may use third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, analytics, security, or communications.

Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10.1 - Updates

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

Changes become effective when posted on this page, unless otherwise stated.
