Game Rules

1.1

Account credentials are personal and must not be shared, sold, transferred, or traded.

1.2

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

1.3

Names for players, guilds, and shops must not contain offensive, hateful, illegal, or abusive content.

1.4

Impersonating 4Unity staff is prohibited.

1.5

Harassment, threats, blackmail, hate speech, scams, fraud, and abusive behavior are prohibited.

1.6

Advertising unrelated servers, sites, or services is not allowed.

1.7

Treat staff respectfully and use official support channels for help.

1.8

Do not request special treatment, items, currency, or unfair advantages from staff.

1.9

Using hacks, bots, scripts, exploits, or unauthorized tools is strictly prohibited.

1.10

Bug abuse may result in suspension, rollback, item removal, or permanent bans.

1.11

Selling or buying accounts, items, or in-game currency for unauthorized real-money transactions is prohibited.

Digital Purchases & Virtual Goods

2.1

Donations and digital purchases are optional and are not required to play 4Unity.

2.2

Digital purchases may provide virtual goods, Moonstones, character benefits, skins, or other in-game rewards.

2.3

Because these are digital products delivered electronically, completed and delivered purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

2.4

Moonstones and virtual goods cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or converted into real-world currency.

2.5

Virtual goods are part of the service and do not have real-world ownership value.

2.6

Game content, items, currencies, and systems may be modified, balanced, replaced, or removed.

2.7

If you encounter a payment or delivery issue, contact support and we will review the problem.

2.8

Fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized payment activity, or purchase-system abuse may result in suspension, removal of virtual goods, or account restrictions.

Service Agreement

3.1

This agreement is between you and 4Unity, the owner and operator of the 4Unity MMORPG service.

3.2

By using 4Unity, creating an account, playing the game, participating in the community, or making a purchase, you agree to follow these rules and service policies.

3.3

4Unity grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service and any virtual goods only within 4Unity.

3.4

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the rules, abuse systems, exploit bugs, engage in fraud, or harm the community.

3.5

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the game, website, Moonstones, or other digital content.

3.6

4Unity is not responsible for losses caused by compromised accounts, shared credentials, third-party tools, unauthorized trades, or user misconduct.

3.7

We may update these rules and policies at any time. Continued use of 4Unity after changes means you accept the updated terms.

3.8

Disputes should first be handled through official support channels. Where required, disputes are handled according to applicable European laws.
